Sick

Things have been kind off blegh since Wednesday. I have a nasty cold that I caught from Kristen. Currently I am sick and tired and achy all over and there isn't anyone here to take care of me because Katie is really busy with mu phi and her recital, Stephen is on a cooking adventure in Houston, and my mom doesn't love me enough to bring me any medicine. I don't know where Kristen is... Oh, and my mom does love me.
Thursday night I went to this German thing at fountain mall. I don't know if there was an actual name for it so I will just have to describe it. What we did was walk around fountain mall with all the other language departments, well, some of the others, and sang songs in whatever language group you're in. We also had candles but the wind kept blowing them out. Our German song was easy, it was about flowers I think. It was a really fun time. Bethany was there and I brought Katie along. The best part is I got 3 points of extra credit! That's a lot!
Today I picked up a shift at the library from 1-4. It was pretty uneventful which was good because I couldn't really concentrate. After that I decided to stop by Handcock fabrics, which is going out of business, and see if I could find some good deals. I got 6 skeins of yarn. I'm gonna see again in a week or so if the sales have gone up, because I'm always looking to get a good deal on crafts! Now I just have to decide what to make with it. Also I just bought some cold medicine. I hope it kicks in soon.
