It's true, I do nothing all day, and this is how my life has been for the last week or so. I guess I can elaborate on nothing though. So as you know, I've graduated, and thus my status has shifted from "student" to "unemployed." I got a call from MCS and they decided not to hire me in their initial round of hiring, but they are keeping my resume on file for future hiring, which could be soon, or it could be a ways off, depending on how fast the company grows. I'm not entirely surprised though, I assume they would want to hire people with more experience to open up their new branch. Anyways, I'm going to start looking around for other things, maybe in Waco. Rachel told me about a tutoring thing that I could do temporarily while I'm looking around for work, so I think I'm going to look into that. Ok, I'm done talking about that.
I went to Ken's surprise 30th birthday party the Saturday after graduation (Ken is an old friend of Stephen's) It was pretty fun, but I always feel really young when I'm hanging out with Stephen's friends. They are all really nice though and I always have a good time (not to mention good food an good wine!)
Now my standard day includes getting up, sitting around waiting to see if Stephen wants to eat lunch with me, then I usually arrange one outing per day to get myself out of the apartment, and then wait for Stephen to get off of work to come entertain me. It's really sad... I know. But good news! Katie is here now so I have someone to play with! YES!!!
